ФІЛОСОФСЬКИЙ АНАЛІЗ СУБʼЄКТНОСТІ ШТУЧНОЇ ЕМПАТІЇ У ВЗАЄМОДІЇ ЛЮДИНА-МАШИНА
Abstract
Моделі штучної емпатії використовуються у терапевтичних чат-ботах, соціальних роботах та системах підтримки. Це актуалізує питання не лише того «як працює» така симуляція, а й «що вона означає» для людської емоційності та поняття суб’єкта. Дослідження аналізує суб’єктність емпатичного ШІ – машина не має внутрішнього досвіду чи інтенцій, але здатна відтворювати стійкі емоційні патерни, що впливають на самосприйняття людини. В роботі здійснюється поєднання філософських, психологічних, технічних та соціотехнічніх підходів, з метою окреслення меж машинної емпатії та демонстрації її розмиття між людською чутливістю й алгоритмічною реактивністю в цифровому середовищі.
