Abstract

На тлі тотальної комп’ютерізації і доступності різноманітних гаджетів в першій чверті ХХІ сторіччя сформувалася тривожна тенденція - значна частина молодого покоління веде малорухливий спосіб життя, через це відбувається зростання ризиків ожиріння, зниження фізичної витривалості, погіршення координації та загального фізичного стану.
