Abstract

Правове регулювання криптовалют у Європейському Союзі вже протягом кількох років є одним із найбільш дискусійних напрямів фінансового права, що зумовлено стрімким розвитком цифрових активів, зростанням ринку віртуальних валют та необхідністю забезпечення балансу між інноваціями та захистом інвесторів.
