Abstract

Станом на початок 2026 року банківська система України демонструє феноменальний рівень адаптивності та технологічної зрілості, функціонуючи в умовах перманентних зовнішніх викликів та прискореної євроінтеграції. Процес залучення клієнта, відомий у міжнародній практиці як digital onboarding, остаточно перестав бути допоміжною опцією, трансформувавшись у критично важливу інфраструктуру фінансової системи. Якщо ще на початку десятиліття дистанційне відкриття рахунку сприймалося як інноваційна перевага, то сьогодні це гігієнічний мінімум, відсутність якого фактично виключає фінансову установу з конкурентного поля роздрібного ринку.
